Friuli Venezia Giulia is wonderful to visit by bicycle. There are many cycle trails throughout the whole region. Some of them on gravel paths others on paved cycle trails and secondary roads. You cycle from the north to the south from the mountains towards the sea, but also through the flat landscape and over rolling hills, sometimes criss-cross through the vineyards in the Collio wine area.

The choice is so wide and varied, that's not easy to decide where to go, also because a lot of information is only in Italian.  I know many cycle paths personally and I am a fanatic cyclist myself. The trails often go through beautiful natural landscapes with now and then some interesting cultural cities, some of which are even Unesco World Heritage Sites!

The rates are the same for the guided walking tour and the tour lasts from min. 3 hours to max. 8 hours or several days.

If you don't have a bike, MTB or e-bike, no problem, I know a reliable and good bike rental company where you can rent the bike for 1 or more days.

Do you want to cycle from A to B but not backwards? That is no problem either. I work with a shuttle bus for a maximum of 8 people (7 if I accompany you as a guide) that can safely transport you and your bike back to your accommodation.
